State Legality
The club’s legal basis, and why your state decides where membership is open.
The Club’s Legal Basis
Before we ever invite members to a venue, we make sure it is on the right side of the law. Sweepstakes casinos are legal because they run as promotional sweepstakes, and the founding rule is that no purchase is ever required to receive or redeem Sweeps Coins. That free-entry principle is exactly the kind of fair-play standard a good club insists on.
Where Membership Is Open
Being a sweepstakes does not open the doors in every state. Membership eligibility is set state by state, and a handful of states restrict or exclude sweeps play. Because those lists change over time, we treat each brand’s own state page as the authority – and we tell members to check it rather than assume the club is open where they live.
Confirm Before You Join
Two confirmations keep your membership trouble-free: that your state appears on the eligible list, and that you meet the minimum age, typically 18 though sometimes 21. Both are in the terms. Confirming them at sign-up means nothing stands between you and a redemption later on.
Members Play Responsibly
We only welcome brands that are open about where they operate and who can join. A venue that is vague about eligibility does not belong in the club – and we remind every member that playing within the rules, and within your means, is what keeps the whole thing worthwhile.
